SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the FemiCore text message programme. They apply whenever you tick the SMS consent box at checkout or otherwise give us your mobile number for messaging.

1. Programme description

The FemiCore SMS programme sends order updates, shipping notifications, restock alerts, promotions and product news to the mobile number you provide. Messages are sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

2. How you opt in

You join by ticking the SMS consent box at checkout, which is unticked by default and never pre-selected. Ticking it is your express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from FemiCore at the number you entered.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can buy FemiCore without ticking the box, and nothing about your order or its price changes if you leave it unticked.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Expect roughly 2 to 8 messages per month, plus transactional messages tied to an order you placed.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. FemiCore does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may. Check your plan if you are unsure.

5. How to stop

• Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further marketing texts.
• You can also email [email protected] with your mobile number and ask to be removed.
• Opting out of SMS does not cancel an order, and does not stop email receipts or shipping notifications for an order you already placed.

6. How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for support information, or email [email protected] at any time.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier network and is not guaranteed.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder, or have the account holder’s permission, to sign up. Only United States mobile numbers are supported. You agree to tell us if the number you gave us is reassigned to someone else.

9. Privacy

Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only to run this programme. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing. Numbers are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers the texts on our behalf. Our full Privacy Policy explains how we handle the rest of your data.

10. Changes

We may update these SMS terms. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms.
