These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the FemiCore website and your purchase of FemiCore products. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

FemiCore is a dietary supplement brand. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our United States warehouse. Customer support and messaging for FemiCore are handled by Wellness Support Center. You can reach our support team any time at [email protected].

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the billing and shipping information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method entered.

3. Products and dietary supplement notice

FemiCore is a dietary supplement, not a drug. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. FemiCore is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results vary.

Consult your physician before using FemiCore if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or living with a medical condition. Discontinue use and contact a healthcare professional if you experience an adverse reaction. See our Disclaimer for the full health notice.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

• All prices are shown in United States dollars and are charged as a single one-time payment. FemiCore does not enrol you in a subscription and does not bill you again automatically.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if pricing was displayed in error, or if we suspect fraud.
• Your payment method is charged at checkout. Your billing descriptor may show our processor rather than the FemiCore name.
• Promotional pricing, bundle discounts and coupon codes apply only while shown at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. SMS / text messaging

By providing your mobile phone number and ticking the dedicated SMS consent box on our SMS opt-in page, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Wellness Support Center, the customer support and messaging service of FemiCore, regarding your order, quote, account updates and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are never shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

SMS consent is separate and optional. It is collected through its own standalone checkbox and is never bundled with consent to phone calls, with these Terms, or with any other agreement. Ticking that box is not a condition of any purchase, and it is not required to submit any form on this site or to receive support from us by phone call or email. Declining text messages, or replying STOP later, does not affect your order or your access to support.

7. Phone calls

Where you have asked us to reach you by phone, Wellness Support Center, the customer support team of FemiCore, may call you regarding your order, order verification, quotes and customer support. Standard carrier rates may apply, and you may ask us to stop calling at any time.

Call consent is separate from, and independent of, SMS consent. Agreeing to one never signs you up for the other. You may accept phone calls without agreeing to text messages, and you may agree to text messages without accepting phone calls. Neither is a condition of any purchase, and neither is required to receive customer support.

8. Anti-spam

All communications we send comply with applicable anti-spam laws. We do not send unsolicited messages, and we do not obtain phone numbers or SMS consent through third parties, lead generation, or affiliate marketing. All SMS consent is collected directly from you on our own website, through a dedicated SMS-only checkbox.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping content at scale, reselling our products without written permission, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual property

The FemiCore name, logo, product photography, label artwork, and all site copy and design are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without prior written permission.

11. Testimonials

Reviews and testimonials shown on this site reflect the individual experience of the person who wrote them. They are not a promise or guarantee that you will get the same outcome.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of the site or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
